When it comes to the kitchen there is always someway in which we can improve on it. Many people will complain that they do not have enough cabinet space to hold all of their items. When there is no way to add cabinets all you have to do is organize them and clean out anything you are not using.
Start off by removing the dishes from the cabinets. Sort everything into piles on the table and counters. Make sure all the cooking pans, storage containers, plates, and cups are with each other. Make sure you also pull out any spices and medicine.
Wipe the inside of the cabinets down using a wet rag. While you are at it you should also wipe down the outside of them. Measure the inside and cut out some contact paper. Lay this down inside of each cabinet.
Put all of the spices that you have on the bottom shelf in the cabinet over the stove. This makes it easier for you to reach when you are cooking. Put all of the medicine on the top shelf in the same one. This keeps children away from anything that can hurt them.
Put the plates on a bottom shelf in one of the wider cabinets. Next to them you should have the small saucers. The soup bowls will go above the plates.
Stack all of the storage containers inside of each other based on size. All of their corresponding lids should go inside of a large bowl. It is easier to give them their own cabinet so that it stays neat and because there are so many of them.
Place your glasses, bottom up, in one of the smaller cabinets. All of the glasses that can break should be on the bottom shelf where they are easy to reach. Plastic glass can go on the top.
If you have room in your kitchen, hang up wall shelves with hooks. You can put your coffee mugs on the hooks. On top of the shelf you can put special trinkets.
Pots and pans need their own cabinets. Make sure to put paper towels in between them so that they do not scratch the inside when you stack them. Mixing bowls and casserole dishes will have their own cabinet also.
